healthy qtek have already broken five years and I now I have recovered and I forgot the password keyboard is there way to work around this problem to reset all codes to be able to use it

hello guys,,, someone gave me qtek 8010 and its brand new. its a replacement for my stolen phone. i decided to put a security code in it but unfortunately can't open it.please help me with this. I would really appriciate it and it would be a big help. thanks.

The filght mode could be swtiched off ..
just press the power buttton on the top side of handset .. you will get flight mode off option .. click on it.. and done!

i just installed a firmware update for this phone on my spv c500.

to sync your phone with your computer you need to go to microsoft.com and go to windows mobile and download the active sync software and you can now connect your phone to the pc.im using the usb and it works fine.
