Realme 11 5G, Buds Air 5 series land in India
Realme held its latest India launch event earlier today where we got the local launch of the Realme 11x 5G and Realme 11 5G alongside the Buds Air 5 series TWS earbuds. We’ll be covering the latter two devices in this article while the Realme 11X gets its own coverage in a separate post.
Realme 11 5G
Realme 11 5G brings a 6.72-inch IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is equipped with a Dimensity 6100+ chipset alongside 8GB RAM and 256GB storage which is also expandable via the microSD slot.
The back features a 108MP ISOCELL HM6 main sensor which Realme boasts as the largest main sensor in the segment. The other sensor on the back is a 2MP portrait module. Realme 11 5G comes with a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging and boots Realme UI 4.0 on top of Android 13. The phone also brings a 16MP selfie cam, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a headphone jack.
Realme 11 5G is available in Glory Black and Glory Gold colors. Pricing starts at INR 18,999 ($229) for the 8/128GB trim while the 8/256GB version is priced at INR 19,999 ($241).Open sales are set to begin on August 29 from 12 noon via Realme’s online store and partnering retailers.
Realme Buds Air 5 and Buds Air 5 Pro
The Buds Air 5 series consists of two pairs of TWS buds – the Buds Air 5 and the Buds Air 5 Pro. The non-pro Buds Air 5 feature 12.4mm drivers, active noise cancelation (ANC) and up to 38 hours of total playback with their charging case. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity and Realme is also boasting 45ms low latency mode, 6-mic call noise cancelling system and Google Fast Pair. The earbuds are also IPX5 splashproof and support the AAC and SBC audio codecs.
Realme Buds Air 5 Pro bring 11mm woofers and 6mm planar drivers, ANC and support for the high-bitrate LDAC codec. The buds pair over Bluetooth 5.3 and support dual-device pairing. Their ANC system can drown out up to 50dB of noise around you and the buds also support 360-degree spatial audio.
Buds Air 5 start at INR 3,699 ($45) and are available in Deep Sea Blue and Arctic White colors. Buds Air 5 Pro come in Sunrise Beige and Astral Black colors and retail for INR 4,999 ($60). Open sales start on August 29 at 12 noon.

This is total disaster, Realme was as such a copycat brand and now it has gone even low.
