Realme 12+ 5G's India launch date revealed, confirmed to feature Sony LYT600 camera
Last week, Realme teased the India launch of the Realme 12+ 5G, and today, the brand announced that the smartphone will debut in the world's second-largest smartphone market on March 6.
Realme also confirmed that the Realme 12+ 5G will feature the Sony LYT600 camera with OIS and have 2x in-sensor zoom. It will also feature a Snap Portrait System, which Realme says is the "first custom dynamic portrait capture system introduced in a smartphone." It optimizes the capture speed, allowing high-speed continuous shooting of up to 208 pictures/minute.
Additionally, the brand revealed that Realme 12+ 5G will have an IP54 rating and pack a display with Rainwater Smart Touch technology, making the smartphone easier to operate with wet hands.
Realme hasn't detailed the Realme 12+ 5G's specs sheet, but if the listing on a Malaysian retailer's website is correct, the smartphone will come with a Dimensity 7050 SoC, a 6.67" 120Hz FullHD+ AMOLED screen, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W charging.
The retailer also revealed the 50MP primary camera on the rear will be joined by 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro units. The selfie camera will use a 16MP sensor. The Realme 12+ 5G will be unveiled in Malaysia on February 29, so we'll know all about its specs and features before its India launch.

Because there is no good phone that is ODM. Some brands do not want to sell phones that use cheap parts. Imagine a Google Pixel or Sony Xperia which hardware is a phone from Cubot, Blackview, Doogee? None of their clients want this.
