Like you said LCD isn't hitting that level which is why I'm desperate to see this display is tested

They are saying HBM is about 800

IpsDisplay, 02 Apr 2024Smartphone display LCD 950 nits How is that possible?I doubt that the display brightness is 950 nits... It's probably around 600 nits at HBM (high brightness mode). My Realme 9 Speed only hits 600 nits at the high brightness mode, so 950 is a stretch (considering that the 12X uses an LCD, not an AMOLED)...
