I am using this phone since it was launched, the problem is cannot showing the external storage files, when we open the filemanager it shows empty folder and when restarts the phone the problem solved, but after 1 hours the same will occur.

Should I update to realme UI or not for my realme 2 pro?
I already updated my realme 3 pro 2 times,but chrome is crashing,hanging and when the screen off it not wake up when double tap it.I need to wake it up by fingerprint/power button.
Worry if the same things will happen to realme 2 pro.
Anybody have any feedback?Thank you.

2 year using this phone , few day ago, got update on android 10 with new realme ui, it become smooth again like new,

Touching screen is not smooth well & No FM radio .I hope that the company will be fix before they release the new model.Any how,it was a cheap android among the other brands which has the same hardware components.
By the way, I like it.
