Problem is they have almost same performance, 712 even is better than 680. Thats problem, i know there is display and camera upgrade, but why cpu downgrade? 😁😁 Ok they can do 220 eiro but put in 7 series cpu 😁

Not recommended for the expected price range. $230 is still overpriced for a 4G chipset yet supported with weak performance.

I don't see why anyone would even consider the Realme 9 4G. First off, the quoted price isn't correct, since the actual price without exclusive bank/card discounts is actually INR 17,999 (220 EUR), which is simply too much for what this phone brings. At that price (or even lower), one could buy an objectively better phone in almost every aspect, such as the Redmi Note 10 Pro (which has SoC, Display and Cameras that are miles better), Moto G71, even last year's Realme 8 and 8 Pro are much better propositions than this. The only "pro" that i see with this phone is that it launches with Android 12, nothing else. Should be DOA.

Buy this phone over RN 11 if you can hold with Realme's terrible vibration motor, single speaker, and of course the unreliable software support..

Basically, when I have to choose beetwen two Chinese brands Xiaomi or Realme, I prefer Realme. Unfortunately, Realme's software support is so terrible. I.e you should take a look at their firmware download site, and guess what? they never update it. So if you don't get the update via OTA (and many users reporting this) then you don't have any option but to go to their customer service in order to update your software.
