I have a problem with the speaker, when you play a music the sound are good but after 4sec. The sound is so low

This phone is only good for gaming...supports genshin but only 'playable' in lowest graphics. ML works smoothly even in high quality but few frame drops in Ultra quality...also supports ultra frame rate upto mid graphics in Pubgm/Bgmi... There's few more games i tested in this device but overall these games should be enough....
Btw the features are very limited

I've had this phone for few months and it's alright for it's price. The main camera is a little buggyish with taking little time to load up when you open camera app, and i wish this had nfc feature, but other than that it's ok for it's price.

Fast and reliable device. Battery power is extremely good. If you are looking for a good quality gaming device with long lasting battery life, this truly a device to consider. Good network signal strength. I would have loved for it to have a secondary mic and notification led. But, I am very happy with this device and brand. I will be purchasing a more upgraded one very soon. Well done to real me.

I have something to say, this phone is very good, its perfect for gaming very smooth for genshin just make sure its lowest graphics, only downside is its slow at charging BUT! It drains slowly, this phone is very balanced in everything.

The Realme C21Y is a bad phone. It does not have its own file manager. Settings are disorganized and difficult to use. It does not notify or warn you when your battery is low. It does not include a built-in gallery. Not a soft touch. Between the Realme C21Y and the Xiaomi Redmi 6A, Xiaomi has a softer touch than Realme. You cannot use a memory card and phone storage at the same time. You can only store files, pictures, and videos on your phone or on a memory card. You must also format your memory card as portable before you can use it for file storage. This phone is awful. I strongly advise you not to buy this.

I bought this phone for almost 5 months ago and I didn't encounter any problem/issue at all. Maybe because I bought this at official store not "somewhere else". The only this I hate this phone have no official gallery. Almost all galery app in playstore. all picture and images seperated by date taken. Not other device that its gallery combine all images unless you selected album folder.
