This phone front camra is very poor, We have bought last 7 days . but this mobile not return to flipcart, So this phone is dummy type keep at home. kindly suggest me what can i do.

I'll tell to my friend don't buy this shit phone, still now can't download update and appsskeep crashing. I write a long essay for my module and the app close automatically damn. I regret that i bought this phone.

First of all, I'm getting little disappointed because there are 2/3 problems . First there is no specific video app and photo app (gallery), and no option theme store why? Someone can tell. I hve been using realme 5 since 2 years.in this phone is all option. Tell mei want to change my theme how to will I change. That's it

I had Realme5s then i thought to Choose Realme C21y , It was smooth to use but by in two days only my phone got a heavy glitch which was for 1 week... I got a guarantee card so i went to shop he said maybe i dropped it but i hadn't , Then i went to service centre i found the took 2 days then they said that itz going to head department and then you will get in 2 weeks greatly otherwise your lose. I loosed my 10000 rs. 😭

1st time user of Real me c21y so far so good my only problem is while on your video call the speaker is not good because of loudspeaker feedback and also while your recording video the voice cannot record properly the tune of voice while recording is not clear

It would be a good budget phone. But Realme still unaware of USB-C port that will put them back from their competitor in reality of smooth user experience.

Before this i use realme c3 but suddenly it got water damaged. So i decided to buy realme c21y. After i explore this phone, i can say that realme c3 much better.😅

This phone's actually really good. 2 weeks of using. The gaming experience is smooth, the camera quality isn't so bad nor so good as well.. just average camera quality for a person like me who's not fond of selfies or taking pictures. GSM Arena should update its specs because this phone runs on Android 11 already plus it has a gyroscope in gaming. I like the fact that it's a version of Android 11 Go edition because it loads faster whenever i search something , viewing on social media , it's quiet minimalistic i should say. It processes fast. Plus, only few bloatwares unlike the normal phones which has bloatwares almost 300 plus of them.

I'm gonna enumerate my problems about this Realme C21Y. The ones I'm having trouble with. I just got this last last day, July 26, 2021.
• Messenger's chat head in landscape:
— The text box which I have to press for typing is cut in half (horizontally). Means I have to carefully press it to avoid pressing other buttons.
— As I play MLBB, I also open my chat head at times. I tried to (1) react on a message with a "haha" and it keeps selecting the reaction beside it, tho I carefully and clearly touched the right part of the screen.
• Notifications:
— I don't know if its size can be adjusted to Settings. I can't find and adjust it.
— There is no banner notification (no full screen mode), such as when you are watching or playing games. All in all, it does not minimize unwanted use of the screen.
— The video call (still landscape and while in a game) is not moveable to the left side. It sticks to the right side.
• Full screen support:
— It has no full screen support which is usually demanded. Some games cannot be played. The navigation bars are on the way.
Others:
• It does not have split screen.
• It does not have Smart Sidebar, a shortcut to reply to messages or, for gaming, to disable notifications, play afk, etc.
• It does not have its own Gallery. Google photos only.
• It easily heats up. Yet, there is a reminder when you need to cool it down. (I don't really like my devices easily heating up. ⊙﹏⊙)
To be fair, I'm gonna say what I liked about this Realme C21Y:
• It has a good camera.
• Playing is super smooth. In MLBB, it has an ultra graphic option.
• Not laggy. (For now, I guess.)

I don't know if I left anything else I could've forgot. I really hope you can update sooner and eliminate all these problems. Especially on the concept of displaying apps over any other screen. I hope to see improvements about this one. Thank you.

Last year redmi 9 has better specs , ultrawide, usb-c , fastcharge , fhd+ resolution, G80 processor , GG3 screen protection.
