I sold my S22 Plus SD Version after only 5 days of use, and I bought this phone instead, it is an amazing phone..
I am a huge Fan of realme Phones.. now all my 3 phones are realme

Supposedly, the 8+ chip is musch better than the predecessors, however, it's more likely that the sd 870 or 1200 Dimensity are more than enough for any task, while avoiding overheating and extra battery drain, but i think that price should be taken as a main criteria, because it differs depending on the market you live in

So didn't they ... moreI forgot to clarify that before the RMX3301_11_A.18 update, my phone heats up like crazy whenever I play graphic-intensive games. It still heats up after the recent update (whenever I play graphic-intensive games), but is now tolerable to hold without any case unlike before. Nevertheless, the rapid increase in temp despite the update is still a con for me
Its cooling solution does the job a little bit because it cannot dissipate the heat drastically

After using my GT2 Pro for 5 months, here are my pros and cons:
PROS:
• Nearly unmatched for its price to performance ratio
• Smooth realme UI
• 12GB RAM is more than enough
• Impressive flat screen display
• Great overall build quality. I got the Steel Black version and it is way better than the Paper White and Green
• Guaranteed 3 years of Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates. It's one of the key reasons why I opted for the GT2 Pro in the first place
• Impressive main camera quality. Not so much on the video recording and front camera
• Bluetooth aptX HD is a plus
CONS:
• Heating issue. Can get hot easily to a point where using it naked is unbearable to hold for a long period of time
• Average loudspeaker sound quality
• I am a storage hogger, so the 256GB internal storage is clearly not enough. I hate using cloud storage
• Average screen brightness. Not impressed with its peak screen brightness
• As a power user, battery drains fast. It's a real bummer
• No internal HiFi DAC
• No telephoto camera capability

Loving it except one problem after installation 3rd party apps that I don't need to pay for stop working. The same apks worked on my s22 ultra! Really weird! Any solutions I've tried lots of different apk versions of the same app. They start off ok then stop

Great phone in terms of design and performance. Also, I don't see any advantage of using wireless charging so for me it's not an issue to not have it in the GT2 Pro.

cyborj, 28 Jul 2022no wireless charging is a mistake for the flagship grade device For budget flagship and also many of the mid-ranger, no wireless charging is for lower selling price.
If you really want wireless charging, buy something else.
For me, I would considered no problem as I prefer wired charging than wireless.

I got this phone 2ish months ago and I love it. Payed £667 on Amazon for it. Never had a Realme before. UI is much better than MIUI (my last phone was a Xaiomi). Battery life is great, performance v good, screen amazing, main camera very impressive, X2 crop is like have X2 telephoto and the ultra wide is better than I expected. It feels great in the hand and comes with a really nice, very thin, classy looking "rubber case" that you forget is on. Well done Realme (btw I don't work for them)

far, the best device of this year, more balanced, a little exaggerated the price but it is already cheaper, much better than that garbage that oneplus launched yesterday
