You just haven't realized that it's 2025 and so many earphones and headphones are either wireless or come with USB-C connectors, some of which have DSP. You also haven't realized that you can enhance your audio experience anyway with a sub $10 USD portable DAC like the JCally JM6 Pro that gives you a Conexant CX31993 AND an opAMP that is the Maxim Integrated MAX97220 for better volume control, a great combo that will drive any earphone or headphone you have while giving you the option to extract the most out of the audio you listen to if you choose lossless audio.

                TLDR; The headphone jack is convenient, sure, but there are better options nowadays. You can move onto better things, or stay stuck in the past forever and keep telling everyone how things were back in your day.

Honestly if I had to buy a phone right now I'd go for a Sony Xperia with the slim bezel around its screen

Few people actually complain about punchole selfie cameras. Nevertheless, an under-display selfie would trade quality for a seamless display. But if you don't take selfies, then I suppose you should be alright with that.

I understand that it has a certain functionality but personally I'd prefer and under-display camera or a thin bezel on the screen, not something that takes up so much space. Again, just a personal preference.
