Realme GT 6T is coming with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC

Yesterday, Realme announced that it would launch the GT 6 series in India this month. While Realme hasn't divulged how many smartphones the GT 6 series will include, the brand today announced it will launch the Realme GT 6T in India.

The Realme GT 6T will be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC, making it India's first smartphone to have that chip at the helm. It will also be the first 'T' model in the GT series' non-Neo lineup, which, Realme said, achieved an AnTuTu score of over 1.5 million.

Additionally, Realme said that with the GT 6T, it has "strengthened its commitment to innovation, relentless quest for superior quality, and unwavering commitment to its customers."

While the Realme GT 6T will be India's first Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3-powered smartphone, it won't be the first Realme smartphone to have that Qualcomm chip under the hood since the GT Neo6 SE launching in China today will also be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. Its going more against Poco F5, than X6 Pro. But to be honest, as long as they keep capping the video recording modes on an OS level, no amount of processing power is any useful. Its about time Google gives freedom regarding this.
