I had GT neo 5 before and the performance was almost the same considering it had S8+G1.
GT neo 6 is too aggressive with throttling to keep the phone cool. The phone barely gets warm. My average game FPS after 20mins of playing is around 40-45fps.

Rafe, 12 Aug 2024It's been nearly 2 months and I'm facing overheat... moreIt may produce lesser heat than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 but it doesn't mean that the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is not a powerful chipset.The only reason why it still produces plenty of heat is because of the high clocks in it's cores(Yeah I know the 3.0ghz on that Cortex X4 is not that high actually but it still can produce heat just like any chipset,especially the flagship ones).There are also other factors such as the temperature of the room or building you're playing your phone in or maybe you're outside.
If the phone is heating up then it's best for you to buy a phone cooler.There's ain't no way you can't own a phone cooler after buying such a beast of a phone like that bluddy.Don't just rely on the cooling system inside the phone to cool your phone while gaming aight?
