P.S. : So, the best phone for the buck by parsescs, without greedy tarrifs, better than Motorala&Co. crap with same hardware at double the price. +the crappiest way of updating by 'patching' a la Microsoft instead of simple flashing once with the lastest ROM (even Delta) and call it a day.

Anonymous, 09 Apr 2025I actually paid more than twice for Note14Pro+ and I still ... more*SecurityCenter acting as an 'anti-virus' = certified spyware --scanning all your files and report them, nevermind messing without restrictions everything else.

What's the whole point of building tons of 'caches' if you insist to clear them 10 minutes later or even at lockscreen ? :|

Just use CedarDB in the core functionality, B-Trees are the Cache-iest friendly, ancient historical proven tech that respct L1,L2,L3, built-in SOC cache etc.

For the speed of nowadays hardware, caching non-network related stuff(DNS requests, especially) is the biggest waste of each device that uses battery, especially these ones.

I actually paid more than twice for Note14Pro+ and I still have to wait for Android15 in EU, which is a great pain considering that the this OS upgrade has everything that 'SecurityCenter' imposes, without 'SecurityCenter', all that finer degree of permission stuff. --which actually is default in core Android, nevermind GrapheneOS, which allows you to properly disable all the apps instead of 'hiding' them, which 'un-demonize'(as in UNIX 'daemon').

A simple example : Disabling 'GServices' will still make 'Revolut' cry about its functionality without them, even if it works perfectly fine without them. --a shame for all the other banking apps that don't.

The best product until now for this price. (IP68, the most important thing, AMOLED, second, 4nm SOC, third).

Nazro 70 pro is far better in Camera sensor size.

they probably figured out a mediatek 7300 (phones with 16k has this) and no ultrawide for 25k rupees was dead on arrival...so they renamed & reduced the price and dimensity 7400 is just overclocked 7300 .

julianhadleftthegame, 08 Apr 2025If this got rebranded as the 14+ 5G, I WOULD immediately buy iti think so, asean countries will rebrand 14+ but i hear realme 14 5g is around euro 380, its overpriced.
