Realme Neo7 SE to use the new MediaTek Dimensity 8400 SoC
Yesterday MediaTek unveiled the Dimensity 8400, the first upper-midrange Android smartphone chipset with an all big core CPU, and immediately after that Redmi revealed that the Redmi Turbo 4 would launch very early in January as the first device to use the new SoC.
But it won't be alone for long, as it turns out. Realme is also teasing a phone using the Dimensity 8400, and according to the prolific Chinese leaker who goes by Digital Chat Station on Weibo, this will be the Realme Neo7 SE.
It will join the already announced Neo7 in Realme's stable, and this year the GT prefix has been dropped from this line. Unfortunately, no other specs for the upcoming Realme Neo7 SE are known at this point, but it should slot into the brand's roster right under the Neo7 it seems, so expect slightly lower-end specs throughout. We'll let you know when we find out more.

The SE tag is usually associated with cheap devices so this looks like it's competing on the bracket that Poco phones cater to.
