Realme Note 50 debuts with 90Hz screen and $65 price

Realme is opening a new chapter in its smartphone division with its Note lineup. Realme Note 50 is the first device in the new series and we already got confirmation that two more Realme Note devices are set to launch later this year.

Realme Note 50 brings a 6.74-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The panel boasts 560 nits peak brightness and also features a 180Hz touch sampling rate. There’s a 5MP front-facing camera inside the water drop notch.

Realme Note 50 has a Unisoc T612 chipset, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. The back houses a 13MP main camera and a QVGA secondary module. The software side is covered by Realme UI T Edition based on Android 13 while the battery comes in at 5,000 mAh and supports 10W charging. Note 50 also features IP54 dust and water resistance, a headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Realme Note 50 comes in Sky Blue and Midnight Black colors and retails for PHP 3,600 ($65) in the Philippines. Realme did not detail international pricing and availability just yet but we can expect the Note 50 to arrive to more markets in the coming weeks.
