It has the touch problem after using it for 6 months. Can't detected touch. On reaching service centre ,they do no help & just restart it like initially. Too much irritating.

The only question here is does it also have the same effect when you're using the Pencil? Because Realme is positioning this as a laptop alternative with the said Pencil and smart keyboard accessories.
If the touchscreen does in fact sometimes not also respond when using with the Pencil, then this just won't be acceptable for users that does note-talking or make digital art with it.
Hell, even my mom's $50 Amazon Fire tablet has a 100% working touchscreen. I'm not asking for the Pad X to be perfect. I'm just expecting for it to just be completely functional as I've paid 5x of the Fire's price. And I think all of us who bought this should demand the same thing too.

But, what I found out that you just have to press and hold the screen to get it back to work again. I just embrace the fact the tablet is not perfect.

Having this for almost 10 months now, I think that it's enough time to judge this thing.
Pros:
+ Best tablet in its price range IF you got this at a discount (bought this at around PHP13,400 or roughly around $250 with a free Logitech BT keboard)
+ Solid build quality, even with the plastic back and chassis. Realme has me impressed in this area as I also have a Q3 Pro.
+ MicroSD slot.
+ Only 1 bug encountered so far (put it in pros as Chinese brands are typically said to have crappy software)
+ Most bloatware can be uninstalled. The remaining ones are mostly Google apps.
Cons:
- That 1 bug mentioned is the OTG not working. It took Realme a long time just to fix it (almost sure that it was around the December/January update).
- Currently encountering a problem that it sometimes can't detect touches for a couple of seconds. Even when I'm using the touchscreen a few seconds before, this one just happens randomly. Not sure if it's a bug or a hardware defect, so I said "1 bug" on pros. I've read the comment here that seems to be also encountering a touch issue, but they had worded it differently as the "screen freezing" so I'm not sure if we're having the same or a different problem.
- Again, no 3.5mm jack. There is absolutely no reason for them not to put it as there should be plenty of space in this almost 11" tablet.
- The best in its price range argument is gone if it's in its regular price, at least here where I'm at. Just add $40 and you'll have the Mi Pad 5. Sure, you'll lose the microSD slot, but that's the only part this thing is better. Anything else, it loses out to the Pad 5.
- I'm pessimistic about if it'll have major updates. Why? Because apparently Realme doesn't sell this model anymore in China ever since before 2022 ended. Now IDK why that happened, especially when Realme doesn't even have any tablet model that's been released up until today, but what I do know is that because they've abruptly stopped selling it, it means that there's fewer users of the model in China. And fewer users of the model = less updates. And no, they will never consider sales for overseas as their primary market is still their own country.
- Realme Pencil is nowhere to be found in my country. Weird that they advertise it with the pencil when you literally can't buy it in their official store.
- You can only play videos up to 1080p. One of the glaring weaknesses of the SD 695. If you're planning to use this as a media consumption device, highly consider this con.

Is there anyone having delay freeze touch screen issue with this pad? Sometimes the screen got freeze for about two seconds and then back to normal. Happen quite alot of time during my usage
