I received a response from realme that the realme X50 5G (RMX2144) will receive realme UI 3.0 in late July or during August 2022. I have screenshot, but in GSMarena we cant put in comment.

Does anyone also have an issue with 5g? As soon as I enable 5g, wifi and mobile data turn off, and the SIMs also disconnect. 4G works as expected that's why it is driving me crazy. It worked fine for a couple of months until the problem appeared for the first time and I haven't found a solution ever since. (it's the European version). I tried a network settings reset and then even a hard factory reset but the issue persists.

I'm based in the UK, an... moreI had the same problem I only solved it this week, first go to the settings>app managment>app list>click on two dots in right up corner and then click Show System>search 'Software Update' and clear all cache and force stop the app, and go to Software Update and then search for update.!!
I did this and I got the latest update for the Realme X50 5G available for it, I haven't had updates since August 2021, and there was a problem in the Software Update app.

I just tested it on the Antutu Benchmark v9 test and it scored 373,690 points with realme UI 2.0/Android 11.
6/128GB model.

I'm based in the UK, and have contacted Realme support on a number of ocassions who have told me "when an update is available, you can download the update by selecting software update via your settings. However we appreciate your feedback"
The UK model has not received a single update since the last one had been rolled out in spring 2021. We were promised realme ui 2.0. Not received it. And the last security patch is from April 2021.
I've tried using a vpn and attemtping to download, but still no updates. When I visit the realme uk website, and select support, software update - it shows a list of all the models and their corresponding recent updates. The last update available for the x50 5g is the one i received in spring- ie 15/05/2021.
Nothing since. Nothing at all. I've searched online and cannot find ANY recent firmware updates for the UK/EU model anywhere.

However, the update support is atrocious. I haven't received a security patch since April 2021.
It's now December 2021, and next week we'll be in January 2022. This is unacceptable, and has put me off realme. Absolutely no long term support.
Also, no realme ui 2. None.
Avoid if you care about security and updates.

This phone uses pwm at any leve or is pwm free? I want to buy this but i dont find information anywhere abaout pwm on this model and i am very sensitive to that :/

I also play games on the strongest settings and the top temperature is 37, 38°C depending on how optimized the game is.
