If exposure time is short enough, OIS isn't a must have...
With these pixel binning sensor, you will use 108MP mode by day-light and then short exposure time.
By night, you won't use 108MP, photosites are too small.
You can capture very good day-light 64MP pictures with Redmi Note 8 Pro without any OIS
