Red Magic Gaming Pad hits AnTuTu, performs admirably
On September 5, Red Magic will unveil the Gaming Pad, which will be using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version (aka SM8650-AC) chipset.
A prototype of this tablet has managed to score 2,205,110 points in AnTuTu. The CPU score was 466,697, the GPU score was 948,310, the memory score was 403,730, and the UX score was 386,373.
The prototype in question had 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, as well as a 120 Hz screen, and so it's definitely going to be one of the most powerful Android tablets ever made.
According to Red Magic's lone teaser image, it looks like it's going to be available in two sizes, and it being a Red Magic product, we expect a lot of cooling and gaming-specific features. This could just be the tablet mobile gamers have been waiting for all their lives. Stay tuned.
