Redmi K70 revealed in Purple and Blue

The Redmi K70 series is arriving tomorrow, November 29. We already saw the paint jobs of the K70 Pro flagship, and today, the Xiaomi brand also revealed the design of the vanilla K70, pictured in Purple and Blue.

The new smartphone will have the same camera design with a big rectangular island and three cameras, lined up in a square formation with the LED.

Some might argue the color is actually Green, but Redmi K70 was already certified with these exact color names, so the brand is obviously sticking to this naming solution. The images also revealed a 50 MP main camera and OIS, and the device will follow the aesthetics of its Pro sibling with flat sides.

The phone was rumored to have a Dimensity 8300 chipset before it was revealed that the Redmi K70E will have the new Mediatek chip. Today, it was confirmed Redmi K70 will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, a 1220p screen and up to 4,000 nits peak brightness. The main camera will have a 1/1.55" sensor with a 2.0um pixel size and an f/1.6 lens in front.
