Redmi Note 10S debuts in India, Redmi Watch tags along
Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi today added a fourth member to the Note 10 lineup in India - the Redmi Note 10S. It comes in Deep Sea Blue, Frost White, and Shadow Black colors and has two memory options - 6GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB priced at INR14,999 ($205/€170) and INR15,999 ($220/€180), respectively. You can buy one starting May 18 through Mi.com, Amazon.in, and retail outlets across the country.
The Redmi Note 10S is powered by the Helio G95 SoC and runs Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out of the box. The smartphone sports a 6.43" FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a 180Hz touch sampling rate and packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging.
The camera department includes a total of five shooters - a 13MP selfie unit inside the punch hole, with the 64MP primary camera on the rear joined by 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth units.
The Note 10S also features stereo speakers and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint reader for biometric authentication.
Alongside the Note 10S, Redmi also launched the Redmi Watch in India. It's priced at INR3,999 ($55/€45), and you can buy one starting May 25 through Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores. The watch case comes in Blue, Black, and Ivory colors, while the straps are available in an Olive shade as well.

The Redmi Watch sports a 1.4" LCD having 320x320 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 323 ppi. It supports over 200 watch faces, has a peak brightness of 480 nits, and can adjust screen brightness automatically.
The smartwatch comes with the usual set of health and fitness features, such as heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and steps counter, and supports a total of 11 sports modes, including Cricket.
The Indian variant of the Redmi Watch doesn't have an NFC chip on board, but it does come with a dual-satellite positioning system (GPS+GLONASS), which allows you to track your workout route along with trajectory, speed, and distance without a smartphone.
The rest of the Redmi Watch's features include 5ATM water resistance, guided breathing, phone finder, call and app notifications, weather forecast, and music control. And fueling the wearable is a 230 mAh battery, which is claimed to offer up to 10 days of autonomy.
