Redmi Note 15 (5G) goes on sale before it is even announced
A while back, a number of Redmi Note 15 models leaked. Now, one of them is on sale at Belgian carrier Telenet. The page lists specs and prices, but considering that none of these are official yet, we should be wary of inaccuracies.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 15, the 5G model, is available for €280 (with a €30 discount for subscribers). This is for a model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage, the only one that we found on the site.
Xiaomi is yet to set an official reveal date for the Note 15 series, but it did confirm that the Redmi Note 15 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3.

The phone measures 164.0 x 75.4 x 7.35mm and weighs 178g. This is with a 5,520mAh battery with 45W charging support. Keep in mind that the Chinese model has a different battery – 5,800mAh with 22.5W charging.
The screen on the Euro model is listed as 6.77” OLED with 1,080 x 2,392px resolution. There is an in-display fingerprint reader, though it’s not clear what kind. However, based on a previous leak we were expecting a 6.83” diagonal.
The phone boasts a 108MP main camera – this is a departure from the Chinese model, which only has a 50MP sensor – plus an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP helper. 4K video recording is supported. The selfie camera is a 20MP unit.
The phone is rated IP65 and the carrier even helpfully included the EU Energy Label:

This is the 5G model of the Redmi Note 15 – a 4G model also leaked, by the way, with a price of €200. Anyway, this 5G phone has a nano-SIM slot and an eSIM. Additional connectivity includes Wi-Fi (version unknown), Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC.
Telenet shows two colorways – Blue and Black – however, the available images only show the Black model. You can check the previous leak for a better look at the Redmi Note 15 colorways, which include an extra color.

We weren't talking about the same Xperia. You obviously was referring to the 1 Vll. Of course it's a dream phone. But I will never buy an expensive device. I would be too afraid to drop it on the ground. And it is nowhere to be found in the...

Nah man, that's a very bad idea. If you buy cheap, you buy twice. I think so far Redmagic is the best value for money, 1TB is enough I think, while 512gb is not that much these days imo. Xperia is even 400 euros more than that lmao Aside fr...

You're right. These budget phones might not be a good idea. But I meant in a temporary replacement. Maybe get a one or two year old mid-range of flagship would be better instead. Yes I did put the Xperia on my list, but only because it's ...
