Redmi Note 7 Pro gets an update

The Redmi Note 7 Pro is receiving a new update. MIUI 10.2.8.0 Global Stable weighs just over than 300MB in size and fixes a bug that causes the notification icons to overlap the call time bubble.

Additionally the new firmware brings the March security patch to this Snapdragon 675-powered smartphone. You can check out the entire changelog below.

The MIUI 10.2.8.0 update is rolling out over-the-air, so it might take it a few days to reach everyone's phone.

This update appears to only be for the India version. All the phones for sale on Ali Express are the China version, so there's still no viable way of getting a Redmi Note 7 Pro with a global ROM. The global ROM for the India version isn't even on t...
