Hehehe, these wont be the last devices to be announced on market, what I could advise dear viewers, think twice and more critical about how HTC and SUMSUNG was doing previously then comeup with something DESCENT, but most of u are just after some areas in these handsets, I know the majority even use a few apps, so to cut the story short, HTC MAX takes the lead.

Finger print scanner cannot be more important than the first UHD mobile phone camera. Galaxy Note 3 is the first to be capable of UHD photography and the software is so intuitive and quick response with a superb battery consumption that most other Androids can't beat.

Note 3 deserves it price. One Max not. Too expensive for these specs. I don't like Samsung too much for reasons but Note 3 is the best phone on available now. I'm gonna buy it on February. Here we have only Octa-Core version SM-N900/N9000.

The one that does not rely on system wide restriction to create a failed illusion of perfection and be just a little smoother.
The one that is the most customizable and functional. One with true multi tasking and features....

HTC One MAX is just a big HTC one with few added gimmicks on it. atleast note3 is something different when comparing ro other Samsung devices (e.g. note2, S4) but both are running in Android OS and thats not.good at all :)

But camera quality is definitely no contest between the two. Note hands down. Especially video. Just low light for the Max.
