My name does not mean i hate nokia... i love the phone a few years back up Until the N82 that i have

But this phones they make is a major disappointment. I dont know who decided for them to go into this, but by far they are not going anywhere with it

I need the name NOKIA to be back on track. That same phone i used to have that i could show to my friends with pride

Shame on you! You rotten developers for doing this. Screw yourselves. This is not a development. This is more than surrendering, and i wish there is a word that can describe how i feel

Maybe the next set of nokia androids come with good hardware… Not in terms of Ghz and cores, just slightly better chip with 8 Gb internal, and camera like n8 (or pureview), xenon flash, good speakers, screen showing clock in lockscreen mode like N8, good calling quality, good speaker volume, FM transmitter, will help nokia to find themselves a place in crowded market.

Look how smooth Android is with Nokia X low end hardware. So, please stop saying that Android is laggy. What caused Android laggy is Samsung. Read again, is SAMSUNG! Not Android itself. Please boycott Samsung. It is making Android a bad name.

Very good phones for someone looking for quality and simplicity. I'd definitely purchase one but I wish they wouldn't have dropped the support for Symbian this soon, like no new apps from this year. Sailfish OS is the way to go once Nokia completely drops support for Symbian.

In my opinion this phone (NOKIA XL only) is great....its simple enough to understand that Nokia has targeted the people those who cant afford Iphones and Galaxy S series and so on its a great thing! :D . But still they should have provided at least 1.5 GB RAM and internal 8 GB memory.
And for my friends on this web asked about the bbm app. Yes guys bbm, whatsapp, twitter, Facebook, instagram, pinterest and so on all will be working on this phone

The last Nokia i had was the great 5800 XpressMusic, The battery life and GPS system was far superior to my current Android phone. Alas it seems that Micro$0ft is doing whatever it can to stuff Nokia up, i doubt i would ever return...unless they finally do a proper Android smartphone. Something they should have done in the first place.

i personally think that nokia dont want to come up with high spec because the android market is over saturated, even with high spec it may not compete well with others... so they dont want to take the risk..

I have a strong belief that someone in Nokia have the interest to destroy the Nokia. Why they cant install the 5 MP camera on the new model Nokia X? Nokia`s main consumers are in india and they avoid the phone have not 5 MP camera meanwhile the samsung provide 5 MP camera for their 6000 rupees models. ( we know that the 5 MP camera in mobile phone is good for nothing, but we need that in our phone !)

Actually Nokia should come up with two flagships. One is powered by Android and another is by Windows with killer specs to gain the market share. But I don't think msft will ever allow to use Android after taking it over.

gj0b, 27 Feb 2014Nokia is NOT selling Android phones with Nokia hardware , i... moreIn the first part, you were pretty much right. Second part, however, as far as things go. Nokia android will replace asha (503 type) market and asha will be just those minimalistic phones with physical buttons and some nice futures, which will cost from 20 to 50 euros. So, in my opinion x is not just cause, it is to become.

Just when i tough that Nokia will never come with a droid just cause the system is just UNSTABLE and also, it's market is more then over-saturated. There you go, a Nokia with a totally new approach on android. I LIKE google apps being out of it, or love. But, there is a sad part in all this story. Yes there is, this PROVES that Nokia just did not have money to invest in any development anymore, they needed financial help to develop further their ideas, and Microsoft did not put it out, they preferred nokia down as it was. Those trolls did nothing for the only company that supported them. So Nokia was just forced to fusion with them. Trolls and moles (we all know who they are)! Now, we can see that, ups, Nokia still can? They always could, and they could do it even 10 times better, but this is when bigger company's are trolling you. You are reduced to silence and from time to time you can say a 'word' that does not threaten them in any way. So, now, suddenly Nokia can do Android? Now, when we cannot call it anymore Nokia. This Microsoft really knows how to make money, i give them that!

----Nokia is selling their own "Nokia Services" through Android----

so that consumers who are NOT willing to switch to Windows phone or Asha can experience them. The product has to be cheap so that everyone has the capacity to buy it.
