tahrey, 22 May 2014Can someone please tell me how in all the bloody hell a 4.7... moreI should say that the LG G2 mini was far ahead of its time in terms of display size and battery. Right now, a 5 - 5,2" display is considered "small"! And many actual phones has lesser batteries (absurd even if the new chipsets are less power consumers).That's why I've keep mine for 3 years and just recently looking for a substitute... And i'm looking for this years models because there is no phone from 2016 with really better specs wich can be considered an upgrade within the price ($ 250 at the time). And even this year nothing better cost less than 300.

It's worst phone i ever have. I bought this phone cause of y friend's advice but really disappointed. Phone is hanging a lot & cannot answer properly my incoming calls as well GPS is worst, cannot sawing 100% accurate GPS locations & even during the tie it is hanging.
I will advice never go for this phone.

After a year using the g2 mini, the main drawback is the raised power or "activate" button on the rear. I have had to delete over 500 "pocket photo's".there should be a software fix for this to require two seperate commands to activate the camera, requiring an additional press of a "yes" to further operate the camera, to prevent accidental switch-on of the camera.

Some other reviews say that this phone has very bad earpiece with distorted sound. Is that true?

Guest mode had one drawback. when I allow phone access, guest has access to contacts and phone history. is there a way to solve this?

G2 mini is all about great battery life. Very impressive. I upgraded from my huawei P1 to this phone. Camera ain't good enough for me especially the front 1.2mp cam. Screen is very dull in sunlight. Some games are lagging too. Software is good I love the q-slide, double tap to wake etc. And the rear key is very new and innovative. Still a great phone for a mid range device. Long battery life is really what I'm looking first in a phone these days. :-)
