Samsung are doing nothing Wrong releasing the Galaxy S4 with Windows included,they are just Checking out if Windows is any real challenge to its Android or Tizen Smartphones,the one thing Nokia should have been doing,other than there "X" series phones,as Samsung also produced "Symbian"phones in there early days,if this phone will become popular,then we might get more from Samsung with Windows but i Doubt it
