saiful, 06 Nov 2014True. Having an unlagging phone is the 1st priority for me.... moreYou just can't get rid of lag on Android. There are a lot more of software layers between the user interface and the hardware than on the iOS. It's like the difference of travelling somewhere using just one train, or changing a lot of trains that travel at the same speed. And the hardware also is different on the iPhones. They have more caches than the Android phones, you can see this in the benchmark results(geekbenchmark for example), data buses are wider (64 bits) and the Flash memory is faster as well.

IPhone 6+ is 5mm taller n only a 0.8mm narrower with 0.2 inch smaller screen compare to note 4.. Very shameful n embarrassing.. Width still seems ok bt what about that 5mm extra height??.. Its hilarious!.. :D:D just compare iPhone 6+ with G3.. G3: 146 x 74.6mm vs iPhone 6+: 158 x 77mm..

There is no mention of SAR level that is almost 3 times lower on Note 4 than on iPhone 6+, which should be a deal breaker for health-conscious consumers.

AnonD-299124, 06 Nov 2014Except performance. Dual core beating quad core? Thats just sad.Well the Exynos Note 4 will easily thrash the iPhone 6+ in performance even in 32 bit mode...and once 64 bit Android Lollipop arrives...things will get even better...!

Well one area where Samsung is sole ruler of the realm is the phablet one. Other manufacturers have managed to build big phones, without much detail to "why are we making such a big phone!". I myself use Sony Z Ultra, which is awsome phone, but i miss some "phablet specific" refinement that I see in Note series. iPhone 6 Plus is no different - bigger phone with not much thought trough role in the world and a hope, it will succeed.
Here must we all tip our hats for Sammy, how boldly moved in to phablet realm with great success.

saiful, 06 Nov 2014True. Having an unlagging phone is the 1st priority for me.... moreif u r comfortable with medium screen size then definitely go for galaxy alpha, best android phone so far and frankly speaking u will not enjoy iOS after using android... i bought iphone 5 after using note 2 n had nothing to do with iphone n sold it off in some days... buying iphone over galaxy z not a good move if u r an android friendly guy... try alpha once it will change ur way of thinking about android.. n if u live bigger screen then definitely go for note 4... these high end android phones never lag... grand z a stupid device dont judge samsung by grand.. judge it by note series or alpha...

AnonD-183154, 06 Nov 2014Another spec comparison. I was looking for an actual review... moreAnother spec comparison? Are you stupid? Or maybe you just don't know how to read. This is one if the most comprehensive and in depth hands on comparison review available anywhere! They reviewed and compared not just specs, but hands on experience and real life scenarios in almost every detail. It's not their fault the Note 4 comes out superior in almost every test. You're hilarious.

AnonD-183154, 06 Nov 2014Another spec comparison. I was looking for an actual review... moreYou can see all the youtube review videos from different technology sites and individuals comparing note4 and ip6+. The note4 easily wins everything specs, performance, specially premium feel. Note 4 is the winner.

A phone is best only when considering the criteria that matter to you. If others have other criteria, another phone might be best. The correct sentence would be "this phone is the best FOR ME". So here I go: iPhone 6 is the best phone for me! And it looks that there are more poeple for which the iPhone is the best than people that think that Note 4 is the best even in Korea.

AnonD-79632, 06 Nov 2014The note 4 is 1000% better than the 6+, regardless if they ... moreActually the iPhone 6+ does have something new that none of the previous iPhone or even any other smartphone today has, even the Note 4. It's the Easily Bendable ™ feature! Or have people forgotten about that already? We need to be fair here and give the new iPhone the credit it deserves. That feature is new and somewhat spectacular in it's own unique way. :)

Thanks, gsmarena, for a detailed and generally fair comparison of these two flagships.
However, I note that the comparison overemphasizes low-light performance, where iPhone 6 Plus shines, while practically ignoring the stylus, which is a Note 4 exclusive.
