If I needed a new phone now, I most definitely wouldn't buy the M8 I have now, and really - there's not much to say other than the aluminum body and very good audio chip. Too small screen, but it's still a pretty small device so it's kind of okay. LG G3 could probably be my first choice now.

So I guess that says it all - being last is being first - the Note 4 is the best phone money can buy at the moment. However, 64bit is not really real until next iteration and usb 3.1, h265 and new design are also on the horizon. And perhaps also a fix of the fingerprint is on the to-do list. So I'll wait till next year.

GSM Arena is right some mobiles are over priced for what they deliver. Given so many mobiles on the market, one should look for the bargains and never pay full price. The more expensive mobiles are not a value proposition given their gains are in fact minimal. Good to see the BBZ10 mentioned. I do not agree BB OS is behind the other platforms - exactly the opposite. Clearly you are flogging the Apps junket again. In relation to your comment "KNOX, the Samsung Galaxy S5 offer government-certified security similar to what BlackBerry has to offer", this is not correct. KNOX is not up to speed at all and has been plugged with urgent critical updates from time to time. As also reported Samsung will do a deal with BB on security. Now why is that the case. Because Android leaks like a sieve.

"The Apple iPhone 6 is already one of the best-selling phones in history and so it doesn't need our recommendation. It won't get it either - don't get us wrong, it's quite popular in our team, but we can't help but point out it's double the price of the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, which is better in a number of aspects"

                Let the flamewars begin...

                          where is nokia lumia 830?

Nice to see gsmarena included a Firefox phone in the list. I have been looking for an Alcatel Fire E already, it would be nice to try it out. Besides the Fire E doesn't look bad at all, I quite like the design.
