I really want to like this phone but this phone lags so much I regret buying it. But the 5.5" screen is very good though. Chinese phone makers are better than Sony in making phones at cheaper price with better specs.

the funny/disappointing thing about this phone is it takes lower quality pics (when flash isnt needed) than most chinese OEM phones..which is probably due to the fact that the chinese have been putting hi-res front cams on their phones for years already.

personally, i like this phone when it announced, i planned to buy when it hit the store. but when i meet it and hold in my hand, those bezels really makes me off. Such a waste of space.

... moreit takes months to develop a smartphone.
this phone might be developed early in 2014,
so that's probably why it's still using old OS.
btw, it's dissapointing to know that the battery isn't user-replaceable.
i'm not gonna buy any phone with non user-replaceable batteries.

M8 has a very, very good audio chip with very loud - but also very clear output. There a few better music phones now, though. I think that the Meizu MX4 Pro is very nice on this area: "It had no weak points to its performance and amazingly showed the highest volume levels we've seen in ages. Yes, it even did the unthinkable and beat the HTC smartphones." :)

Only Sony could do such a thing, they simply refuse to make a complete device, they simply cannot be happy if there isnt at least one bad thing about it. A selfie-phone that takes bad selfies, no other manufacturer would do that, none.
