However, I do not see LTE displayed on my screen. Only 4G!. My area is supposed to be LTE. Do you experience the same?

It has been 2 weeks since I got my new ZF2 64GB phone. I like everything about it: price, looks, speed, internal/external capacity, etc. However, I cannot seem to get the LTE signal to show up on the display. ASUS claims 4G/LTE capable. I had T-MO tech support adjust the APN and Preferred Network Settings. Still, no LTE signal displayed. I called ASUS tech support and was told based on the Build number beginning with "WW" I have an "international phone, therefore 4G is LTE". I did see under Preferred Network Settings the only choices are: 2G, 3G & 3G/4G. No LTE. ASUS did argue that based on the LTE bands used in Chicago: 1,2,3,4 & 17 "my phone supports LTE although it does not displays it". According to T-MO, "any download speed of 2.5GB is considered LTE". My phone is averaging about 4GB download and 2GB upload speeds on busy weeknight and about 12GB dl & 7GB ul speeds on an early Saturday morning. So, I got about 2 weeks to make up my mind if I'm going to return this phone or keep it. Also, I used a friend's SIM CARD from ATT and the ZF2 still displayed 4G. No LTE. Decisions, decisions. Has anyone else noticed this with your ZF2?

I have the 4GB of RAM version for a month without all the problems you guys have. In fact, it's the best phone I have ever had! Smooth, fast and simple.

I purchased Zenfone 2 on last month through flipkart. After one week phone is restarting automatically. Again I purchased the same on this month on 5th, its having the problem that the screen opening automatically and memory card slot problem.

The Main Problem is battery is horrible always about to die.... within 5 hrs..... Not As expected.. I bought it last evening only.

I have an Asus Zenfone 2 Ze550ml - awesome phone just one problem - i cannot record videos using my front camera ! i can only take pictures . IS video recording supported using the front camera? If yes how ? cause i am not seeing any option to do it.

Hey guys, so this just happened yesterday(August 31,2015), was charging my Asus Zenfone 2(2G RAM, 16G) with a universal usb car charger and my own micro-usb cable. My friend's car suddenly turned off for few seconds then turned it back on again(cuz he dint release the clutch), and that happened while my phone was plugged charging. So my question is, did the phone battery got damaged?(I'm assuming maybe because of the overflow current from the car to my phone battery) Cuz my phone's not working, it doesn't turn on and doesn't indicate that it's charging too. But it's weird cuz when I charged my phone with my powerbank, the powerbank turns on but my phone's charging indicator doesn't show. Any comments on this?

Not as per the expectation. I am currently facing an issue with this handset as I am trying to lock the phone its automatically restarting . its been only 18 days I bought this phone and even ASUS service center is not helping out.

Don't ever buy 2gb ram because a lot of users complaint about lack of free ram and lag. Only buy 4gb ram version.

Sadly.. all zenfones have very bad speaker volume. That makes me oftenly missed calls.

this phone is rubbish! 2gb ram version is so disgusting. RAM always on Red level. even when you close the running apps.
