I have received my moto g 3g on yesterday and wnt to telling u smthng abt the device.....
1. In this price range you should get a better smartphone with stock os of google
2.the os is buttery smooth and around 1.3 GB of ram is free always to perform your daily task.
3. One amazing thing is its battery back up . if u use it in full brightness then it consumes a little more power otherwise the apps and the os are consuming 1 or 2 percent from total percentage of charge left by playing NFS most wanted 30 minutes in full brightness it consume only 2 percent of battery.
3. The rear camera capture very nice in daylights . n the front can also perform it's duty very well but in low light condition it is annoying ... Also the flash images are very good
4.upcourse u r getting a lag free experience from moto. The multytask perform very faster.
I recommend this phone to all mid rangers ....thanks......

Motorola must launch a 4 inch version of this with all same specifications which is really handy pocket version. The only choice for these customer is still iphone 5c.

AnonD-427792, 10 Aug 2015After reading the negative comments below, I feel people ar... moreI don't say this one is not on par with their competitors out there. It is indeed far better. But, I just want to reinforce the fact that Moto G2 is also a budget phone with stereo speakers and all those sensors (including the gyroscope).
When we upgrade, nothing wrong in looking for the actual upgradation. Atleast, no one will want to miss out any existing hardware.
Unless, you are a first time Moto G user.

AnonD-427792, 10 Aug 2015After reading the negative comments below, I feel people ar... moreBest camera? That's pretty subjective, and depends on what you're looking for. For instance, if a person wants low light performance than the Moto G 2015 is one of the worse options to go for (it doesn't even match the last generation). Motorola hasn't made that many significant changes to the Moto G (not to mention that waterproofing isn't a selling point for most people) since it was released in 2013. People were expecting a lot more because that's what other budget competitors are doing now. Lastly, I hope you realize that Motorola is owned by Lenovo (which is a Chinese company) so it really doesn't make sense in saying "why people are comparing this to Chinese phones", when it's exactly that lol.

I suggested this phone for my dad. I didn't know it recently came out. My dad's Galaxy s5 died and with At&t's new policies, he couldn't upgrade. My dad was disappointed so I suggested this phone. I actually got it for 149.99 at best buy with a discount. It was a nice phone and he never uses all the features that are missing. For somebody that loves motorola and always breaks his phone, this was a perfect choice.
