Another epic fail for the Note 5!
So sad that Samsung haven't listened, so they've screwed up with the Galaxy S6, S6 edge, S6 edge +, Note 5 & their latest line of tablets too.
Apple & co must be laughing all the way to the bank!

In the specs column you listed an IR blaster, but I don't see it physically on the phone. Does it for sure have one?

So basically, we are in for some huge disappointments from almost every global phone manufacturer except Huawei (Honor 7) and Motorola.

As a note 4 user, i'm totally disappointed. I can't see any reason (for Note 4 owners at least) to buy this device.
still heavy - 170g - a no-go
microsd slot is gone, which is a no-go
only up to 64gb memory (and the 64gb model will be surely overpriced)
fast wireless charging? can live without it (but not without the SD card)
non-removable battery? well, for me personally that's a minus, but not a no-go
edge version? edge is a huge usability minus imho. no thanks!
the design? anyone who cares about the device buys a silicone bumper case to protect the screen, so design we see and feel only during the first day of purchase...
Well, i can't agree with the statement that Note x users are accustomed to it's heavy weight.
i was hoping it would be lighter, like 130g.
i need and want a lighter device...
the heavy weight of Note 4 makes me unhappy every day.
to sum up: very disappointed. will not buy it. will not recommend it...
sticking to my note 4 for now, will be shopping around for lighter solutions in future.

Bullsh*t Note as expected.
Today we can clearly say Shamesung is dead and gone forever.
May be a few millioners can buy these FREAKS, but don't count on that.

Remember, the battery only had 300 effective charging cycles. If you charge twice daily, it'll last 5 months till you you really notice it only giving you around just half of part than you use to at first.

I have been waiting for this device, buh now that the specs are out, all i can say is that its a disappointment and a totally waste of wait. Am sticking to my Note 3 till a better device is out

no big difference as compared to s6 edge apart from screen but still a masterpiece. hopefully edge also gets the same UI

I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with this, seriously ??? only 3000 mah battery ???? No sd and no removable is okay for me, but I really expected 4000+ mah battery, I was waiting for a perfect upgrade for my note 3, for me it's just the big s6 with spen and some other touchwiz tweaks, I'm extremely disappointed.

Dear Samsung! You have to solve ghost imge problem of super amoled screens or you have to make spare displays all of your samoled screens, such as galaxy s3, s4, s5, s6, s6 edge....otherwise even removal batteries are useless! Buying for 700 $ then after 2 years you can see super amoled screen gets worst...so I am afraid to buy galaxt tab s...
