Sony’s back, and it returns with aplomb. The company has brought us an entire Xperia Z5 family of smartphones ranging from the Xperia Z5 Compact for small pockets to the 5.5-inch Xperia Z5 Premium with the industry’s first 4K display in a production smartphone.

good timing sony. my sp is suffering right now, screen shattered, internal memory almost full, battery cant hold long. now Z5 compact, come to my hand baby.

    if i was sony mobile chef i will make z5 compact with 7.5 -7,9mm aluminium frame and that thin bazel like c5 ultra fullhd (hd is ok ) 2 gb of ram (is ok but should ddr4)
    and battery 2700 is good.

      This is great coming from you. At least, nay-sayers souls can be somehow at peace for now. You are right, nobody knows for now.

      Btw, I think the camera samples look fantastic, and I was amazed by the lowlight shots.

                I doubt 2gb is enough for 2016. Can it write with a pencil like z ultra? The more I go through this phone I feel like nothing knew from Sony.

                  In my opinion: Ugly phones with terrible square-"design" and huge bezels. AND the SD810 is going to be burning hands. The Z5C is a big phone for a compact model, because of the huge bezels once again. Not too impressed about these, yeah.

                    ...And the Compact still got huge side-bezels. A 4.6 inch display is only 57mm wide.
                    There ought to be plenty of room for a larger display in a 65mm wide body. If Sharp can do it, why can't/won't Sony???

                        The Compact seems to still be with somewhat mediocre specs....
                        Only 720p, and only 2GB .... WHY!!!
