i purchased it before 2 years. its bettry performance was very low . yes i like it's features,screen size etc. but now i m facing soo much problem like suddenly its not working any more i went to service centre they repaired but after 4 days its again like this only not working anymore.

i,ve been using this phone for 2 years already!!
no drawback for me so far..battery is no issue if you know how to use stamina mode
great picture quality specially viewed via pc!dunno why is that a diff but it is
my sister even want to trade her j7prime to my c5 lately!!
abouth cons:maybe the hot backside when you play games(like really hot)

I got the Sony and I can't get those same applies in the appstore they are blocked for obvious reasons. my second biggest problem is if you don't have a screen saver the screen is a magnet fir finger points and the smearing that comes with it.Look about a different phone I havehad mine about 6 months and I'm looking for something different.

A Way to update your C5: Just connect the usb cable with your computer and follow the instructions of Sony Xperia Application which was already installed in it. But the problem after updating the new Android 6 version is very bad. I m unable to operate the phone as I used it earlier. It prompts me often that there a screen overlap found and I need to fix the error often whenever i download new apps. Sony has to fix this error of new version as soon as possible to make its users hang on to this device.

This phone is good looking. I love the 6" inch screen but I'm very disappointed with this phone because I just bought this phone and I realized that the screen is not responsive, especially at the right below of the screen. I bring back the phone to SONY center and they replace my phone because it turns out there is a leaked on the LCD, but unfortunately although they replace with the new one, it's still have the same problem. So, I assume this Sony Xperia C5 is a defects product sold by SONY :-(

Phine was working fine in the begining.camera both are still good... Good for vdeo playing and games also....but the time it is 10months old it started being a headache for me I haveto go again n again to Sony service centre to get it repair due to its light censor problem... M realy fed up with this problem though Sony delivers a good after buy service to itscustomers but this 26k phone is not worth of wasting my time again n again by submiting it for a week or ten days..I m again goin to servicecenter n m afraidwat will be done after it is out of waranty :((((((......Sony phone lifeis just a year at a strech this was told to me by my frnzzz I shud have paidattention to that...now m worried... N I m thinking the same waythey do......pzzzz buy some cheap phone of Sony under 10000 bcause they dont worth of spending26k... M tensed.... Really....goin to center again to get it repaired

I just bought this phone about 2 weeks ago and I really like this phone so much as camera, sound and the opertion. It's to fast and too good. Just one of the major problem is about the battery life isn't good and heating problem.. For example you fully charged at 8am and it will drained 90% at 10am and also if you use it too much it will heat the phone. Overall this phone are pretty good.
