Motorola SLVR L9 review: Not much has changed

13 April 2007
Motorola have continued their tradition of the RAZR-like designed phones and the L-series has a new member, the SLVR L9. This phone is a direct successor of the L7 model and they do have a lot in common. In fact, they have almost no difference.

The review was wrong about the camera.

By pressing # key in the camera mode, you are able to switch the camera to Landscape mode.

This phone serves it purpose.. Slim and comfortable in your pocket..not Bulging out like other phones.. Very easy to use(thou it takes a day or 2 for a new motorola guy).. the camera is good enough with 2MP. afterall we all need a comfortable phone..and this phone has it all.. The Music has also been better now..thank god Motorola has focussed on that a lot.
Final word: You'll never regret itPLUS you have all the features

Seems like motorola is running out of ideas in their phone designs. This one looks almost the same as the old SLVR L8, only with extra features (which can be enabled thru the phone internal software). Duh!

the UI is very poor and unintuitive, less exiting as it's like the same with the first color phones of the same brand, namely T725 with theme options. - one factor that makes other user rely and stay loyal to their more powerful yet cheaper SE K750 or Nokia 6151 which has better UI and everything than this one. but the solidity and the slimness is a nice plus for that price!

                              i am the first?!
well, I have a question: will this phone cost more than 350USD?
It looks like an ordinary SLVR, but the menu has changed somehow and it looks like the camera isn't the best:(
                              sad...
