Jazz, 26 Apr 2016There is no mention of Overheating, which is a major proble... more100% agree. maybe lenovo might solve it with a sofware update or the heating issue will forever be a problem with the k5 plus..i'm surprise gsmarena did not mention anything about the heating issue when majority of the users are complaining about it.

There is no mention of Overheating, which is a major problem and also the reason it's not selling in volumes in India. Although the Phone is Value for Money, Lenovo should look at the user complaints. It's already 2 months since the Phone was launched and the feedback should've reached Lenovo as well as GSMarena.com.

[deleted post]Different people have different priorities, different needs. Just because you don't like or need a k4 plus does not imply the world have no need for it. On the contrary I will say this model is a complete winner and worth every penny. Good job Lenovo.

The real opponent from Motorola for the K5 Plus is the Moto G3 Turbo edition.
Moto G3 Turbo use Snap 615
Moto G3 Standard uses Snap 410
Fail compare from GSM Arena =(

Nice review GSNArena, but no mention of its famous overheating issue? How severe is that? Is it really too bad?

I had a doubt whether that setup would be able to drive such a fairly high-res screen, and I'm not surprised that the decision to please everybody did not turn out fine. They should have gone with a 720p display instead.
Barring that dismal graphics performance, average battery endurance and limited second SIM functionality, K5 Plus seems to be pretty good at almost everything.
