Battery is good! 3500mah aganist 3000mah in Asus Zenfone 3, which has Snapdragon 821 SoC, wich consumes much more energy then the Exynos in the Note7, and still has 500mah less then the Note7. Note7 is a killer phablet that's my point.

      Just got my note 7 today and cant even complain about a single thing about this beautiful beast. Camera is sick, watching video is insane and can't wait to get my hands on VR set.

                I don't use phone in water, I don't use phone in Sahara, I don't use phone for embarrassing privacy. The phone that I need to use should have high resolution for watching movies and photos, fast CPU and more RAM for playing games, more storage for storing more movies/music/files, large battery life for using long time, high quality camera for taking the best pictures.

                This phone with this price should have 6GB RAM, 4000mAh battery and 16 MP camera at least.

I bet you don't own a note 4 or 5, never really used a Samsung camera, don't use s pen. If you don't need, the phone is not for you. Then get a life, do something else instead of bashing note 7 here. If oneplus 3 is all you need, want or can afford, just get one.

                        This device scratches easily on the front and back, same to the fingerprint sensor.

                        Samsung is also poor at RAM management, OP3 is miles ahead.

                        It's an overpriced S7, but why pay so much for a shatter-proof display that scratches even with car keys? Moto Z Force is a better option because, aside from being shatterproof, it's Performance is better than the SD820 N7, shame Sammy.

                          Kd10, 18 Aug 2016You are not wrong to be disappointed (cpu,gpu,ram,internal... moreactually if u recall a little bit, the difference between the S6 and the Note5 was a bit bigger and 1GB more of RAM (which they included in S6 edge+ and obviously taking out the S-pen) so the counter part of that would be this time they included the gorilla 5 instead of 4 (since note 7 is bigger than s7) so it's basically the same as last year's comparisson
                          having said that... remember that they're targeted a bit different for the users so there's really no point on comparing the s7 with note7 although i can give u the fact that non-users of the pen can lean towards S7 but both are fine

                                secure folder? you mean nobody except, samsung, google, nsa and few others can see it? It was to much for them to scan entire disk, so they created a honey pot. A folder where the important documents are.
                                Security in any closed source program is a joke. Don't forget that samsung was the first to have TVs that spy on you; that listen to all conversations and send everything to samsung.

                                  AnonD-89381, 18 Aug 2016Regarding the battery life, have you compared the battery t... morewell if u have top notch regular headphones the usb-C port will need the adaptor and i've read a few posts claiming that the sound changes and whatnots so at least for some ppl it can be a downside (wether is true or not they'll have it in their minds) so i mentioned that i use bluetooth headphones in that regard (i know the rest of the features are the same with either port)

                                    My apologies are to all future thread readers, that so many comments have rapid fired back and forth, it changes the view of how this website is perceived.

                                    Sad, as on an android authority thread, I was reading a bunch of posters all give incredibly positive statements about iPhones. Made me wonder about how I spend my time...

                                    Sony cameras rang me up today. I feel closer to getting closure on a camera that left my life years ago.
                                    My Note 7 landed at the closest international airport to me about an hour ago... also about 100kilometres away.
                                    50/50 about whether I will have to wait till after the weekend has passed to receive the phone.

                                    That Somy camera was my go to everyday shooter because it was waterproof. So looking forward to having a replacement shooter!
