The fact is XZ or C had widest fov.
Imagine how much cropped the image other than the other.
Also S7 or B attrac with oversaturation and oversharpening that make picture seem sharp and colourful when its not

That picture in the beginning of the article just shows how ugly these iphones have gotten. LG isn't far off, but my god, does the iphone look cheap...

And like others said, what's the point of this comparison, when we don't have a reference image shot with a DSLR? Don't tell me GSMA doesn't have a DSLR camera..

Phone B really has too much post processing. Over sharpened and over saturated images.

XZ give more natural colour than 3 but in low light i cant tell..s7 Edge give vibrant colour(not natural though) but in low light it like the best

Results of test #2 show how people love saturated colors. Perhaps a photo with a DSLR would be nice to have in comparison, and would reduce the bias.

all guys on this page ! listen to me~ all sencers take pictures like C or xperia xz ... but there are some post proccessing that reduce noise and recover the details again that some details lose ( and pictures loook much pixelated ) and sony when use this high resolution sensors they don't feel any need to do this and give you a picture like raw picture that natively captured from sensor because picture is large and when you look at it you can't see any noise just while zoomi enuoggh you can see them !! sony is one of the best camera makers in the world they know what they do . it is not good idea too crop pictures onn very little objects to campare with others !!!

It's irrelevant which one a like more than others. I would like to see a reference image made by the best available camera to compare results. When image shines it doesn't mean that it's the most realistic image. In many current tests Nokia 808 look worse than competitors, but when you take the same image by very good camera I can see that many smartphones makes too many processing.

AnonD-442781, 18 Oct 2016In which part of which photo is it more detailed?It is unnoticeable because of high noise. I am positive that the resolution is on 23mp, cause I have Xperia X version. Photos on 23mp turns out exactly like photo C, with huge size (13 megabytes) and poor processing. But with 8mp u get pretty awesome photos. (something set to default by Sony!)
