Meizu M3 Max review: A different note

15 December 2016
The Meizu M3 Max is one of the latest additions to Meizu's m3 midrange series. It's two-months old already, but we didn't want to miss the opportunity to present this phablet to our readers, especially with the shopping season hitting some highs lately.

New format is good but I wish you had covered 360° view , sunlight test and audio output(need).

I loved the shorter review version , but 2 things are missing and shouldn't be compromised , the video samples and the full benchmark tests

Audio test is missing from the test is unacceptable. Please also test the output voltage as well (low, moderate, high doesn't give enough idea and we still connect to the other site to see output voltage only).

Nope I am not a fan of such condensed reviews. I used to LOVE and enjoy reading long reviews on gsmarena. I was really shocked when I read the short review of the Lenovo Phab 2 plus. Go back to the original long style for all phone reviews, please! My number one wish... :-)

I dig your in-depth reviews, but I think this review format is good for entry level to lower-tier, mid-level phones.

Nope, I don't like this way of you people reviewing the phones.
It's more congested, the previous way of reviewing was much better.
I suggest you to change it back to the former style.

Please check phones for LTE band 20 support.
It is very important thing for Europe, influencing buying decision.

I like this approach: Detailed reviews for a few flagship/upper-midrange devices and short reviews for the other devices.

Good. This kind of review for are OK from time to time. Finally you can put up reviews faster and not after 3-5 months after the phone releases. Do push reviews faster please.

I Love Meizu for designs but they need to select good processor for their phones and better camera sensors.

Include audio quality and sunlight legibility tests. Also, a review on touch response times, if possible (on longer reviews as well) would be helpful.

Gsmarena, you should distinguish your shorter format reviews to the longer ones. Just add a tag or flair to them, so readers will be know.

One thing is very important, the display test. I think you should use table system for the display test results to have an easy look.

At first I thought that this is preview.
                                        But, really a review.
For a budget and mid-range, this review is enough for us.
But for a Flagship, Show us the long review.
                                        So, No problemo.
