+1 for the bad battery. I've had this phone for a bit more than a year when the battery just started dying after 1h, now it can only work while plugged into a powerbank.

Very Very Very Very worst phone. I brought this phone for Rs 17000/- With in the first few months itself iys motherboard got down, I got it replaced then after some months its data cable got damage and also got replaced. After some months itd battery got down and was replaced. Along with it self its display was having some flikkering problem. The service persons were not able to find the problem. Then after some days when the warranty expired they found the problem that its the problem of display and told me that it must be changed but won't get it done in warranty. As i have taken the phone to the service center in warranty and its their mistake not to find the problem in time. Now I have failed a case up on them. You all can also fail case up on the company in consumer court.

sachin sarathkumar, 11 Jul 2018very worst useless mobile phone,automatically corrupted in ... moreVery bad phone, first of all in first six months, charger socket and data cable both got spoiled, in one year time battery doesn't last even , Motorola must have one year warranty for to change accessories too. How can new fon be like this ? I ignored the previous comments when I wanted to buy fon , I strongly recommend pls pls go for another option but not this
I wasted my money totally.

I was happy Motorola user of G3 then G4 but now with Moto M I I'm very disappointed, I use it since September 2017 and here and there have some bugs but with latest update 300+mb I experienced major bugs randomly calling, randomly shutting down, Bluetooth issues. Also on official Lenovo/Motorola page there is no support for Moto M... Since this is a Lenovo not anymore MOTOROLA, I suggest to change to some stable brand. I spent 250e for Moto M totally waste of money. It suits teenagers but for business people is a BIG NO!

chep quality mobile i have a moto m screen flipping problem after update nought version and no battery backup .i am not satisfied moto brand know and 3 time i gone in moto care center but my mobile problem is not solving and i cant but nxt time moto ..useless

the worst mobile ever i have,
1. the adapter given along with the mobile - useless, it never charging.
2. U must buy an turbocharger type c for INR 1500 again.
3.100% charge - mobile running time - 4 hours maximum , if you are using wifi [ incase of 4g, hardly 1 hour u can use this mobile ]
4.From 15% cahrge to 0% - it will take only 1 min to switch off. [ Do u ever think such kind of let down ? ]
5. This is totally a crap.
I am using this mobile for the past 6 months, i purchased this for 19000 rupees, which i lost totally,
I can share my bills everything.
Totally a crap, if you are spending 18k or 20k, buy a phone with good user reviews, and don't ever buy any new model phone.

Moto M is a useless piece, the CAST does not work, there is no widget for screenshot hv 2 use conventional vol+power button. You cannot customise the ringtone, battery is not upto the mark, the piece heats up too soon.... PLS DO NOT BUY IT..
