Normal phones and high cap battery phones take about 15% per hour when playing video online. I know you love your phone but dont need to tell the wrong thing to others.

Ragarding battery, you said 2hrs of watching high quality video via wifi and only lost 11%? Omg this means this phone can have at least 16hrs of watching video online in high quality, there is no phone can do this super thing. Well U11 won the Oscar this year. Lenovo P2 is the loser. Congrats! :D

Camera is the best I have ever used in a mobile, much better than what I could get from Galaxy S7.

I have to admit that so far the U11 has the best camera and audio system of any phone. Make sure you take the time to get it in hand before too long!

Well 3k battery with 2k screen? This will melt down the battery in 3 hrs for sure. Another low battery HTC phone with high price. For me a super super phone with tiny battery in it is not worth buying compare to balanced or high end phone with super battery. Now Im using Mate9 after Note4 and S7E and Im totally happy with my decision :D

htc is the only brand i would haver had for android universe or nexus/pixel. they are the only ones that get near iphone quality less expensive with greater universe and more possibilites (android). i make apps for a living, i already work with samsungs, asus, nexus, etc. the only one gets near htc quality are some nexus or pixel. samsung is trash...trouble after trouble after 1 year use....asus fall apart, nexus 2013 tablet still strong with no issues.
those brands you mention are very week in support (1 year warranty where i live and i had to send them to china, wait 3 month or more...to get a replacement) with htc i've 2 years and fast reply..till now i never needed on any brand i had.

The aspect ratio of the s8 leaves you with a smaller viewable area when playing video games or watching videos than the U11 has. The infinity display doesn't use the whole area the whole time.

Also, the sound quality on the 10 was very good. The U 11 does impressively well with its U Sonic earbuds. I was able to compare them with the AKG offering of the S8, the U11 killed it.

Then you must ... more@ you and acemang, actually it is very common to use several phones at the same time. one for daily driver, one for media consumption. to me, mate 9 pro (of coz i got ddr 4 and UFS 2.1 combo) is the daily driver, xiao mi mix is for media consumption. one plus 3t is my previous daily driver. not to mention the speaker and audio output of ZTE axon 7 is far more better than craps from htc. except 3t and axon 7, all are far more expensive than htc.
but htc fanboys never known as they only use single brand. when htc give them shxt, they still think the phone is jewel.

that's why smart people will not use htc :)
