Huawei P10 Lite review: Travel light

1 June 2017
Huawei’s Lites are not unlike Samsung’s Minis. They have little in common with the flagship, save for the name prefix that is, and more with riding the hype bandwagon. Oh well, flagships are always expected to pull more than just their own weight. That said, the Huawei P10 Lite does travel light and we don’t just mean it carries one camera less. But it sure arrives in style.

Thanks for making this reviews, this should help quite a lot of people asking questions in those Huawei 2017 midrangers threads.

cmon gsmarena , you dont have to sugarcoat it. That gpu running a 1080p screen is a joke. it will struggle with many games at high settings with that weak gpu.

The CPU is acceptable, the GPU is not.

no Gorilla Glass is not a shortcoming for me, Gorilla glass cracks your whole screen not just that part where it got hit, better to put tempered

Strange that the P8 Lite (2017) is pretty much identical but much cheaper - what type of game is Huawei playing with its customers? If its priced higher, it should be clear that this is due to higher specs. I've heard that the P8 lite (2017) is somehow inferior in its speed and its oleophobic coating of the screen but not sure that this is the case given this review.

I am using this phone from past one month.it does support fast charging and come with the fast charger too. Initially standby battery draw was quite high but after recent update this issue solvd. On single charge i am getting more than 5hrs screen on time all time 4G on. Performance is absolutely flawless. No issue with daily routine usage.

This is OK if the price is less than $150 otherwise such a lousy phone IMHO.

My mom and sister both got this phone and they are satisfied with it.
I am not Huawei fan but many people like this brand.
