Sony Xperia L1 review: Level one

The Xperia L1 marks Sony's return to the still growing and highly-competitive entry-level market. Putting together a good smartphone for beginners can often turn out to be an even tougher task than designing a flagship. Maybe that's why Sony is retiring its E-series and introducing a new contender in the Xperia L1.

          Compare Xperia's L1 to Samsung's 'J' series, and then we'll see.

                    Anonymous, 23 Jun 2017Battery life is bad only 63h, A3 2017 2350 mAh and 93h,battery life is not bad.. its just that A3 2017 has great battery life.. because that Soc is built on 14nm.. and only Samsung has budget 14nm soc right now both snapdragon 400 and mediatek budget chips are 28nm .. so the only way to get more battery life is higher mah batteries ... still this chip has good efficiency for 28nm..

                                  -53.1 in stereo crosstalk when using headphones is unsurprisingly bad audio quality, Sony have never ever made any phone with acceptable sound quality!

                                      Why do they alway ruin it by placing the camera lens in the corner? Try to take an upright picture of something right in front of you that way, without having to hold the mobile slightly sideways.
