Motorola Moto Z3 hands-on review

We've been waiting for the flagship model ever since the Moto Z3 Play was announced. Well, the wait is now over and the Moto Z3 is here. Announced last night as a Verizon exclusive, for the time being, the Moto Z3 doesn't bear the Force moniker and there are no claims of shatterproof glass. Moto has instead opted for a more conventional Gorilla Glass 3. The compatibility to the MotoMods as we know them is still in place, and as it turned out, they even have a brand new 5G Moto Mod in the works.

This company cheat customer and there services are very bad.unprofessional person are hired at service centre . according to my experience this company is full of thief's so do not buy it.

    OMG! is this an upgrade to the Z3 Play? If so, then this is truly awesome! but, hope this will reach in the Philippines. I'm so confused what phone to get now. But I'm still loving my daily driver Moto Z play and Droid RAZR.

      Actually you get the versatility of one day having a slim device for the 'dinner jacket' with the build in battery AND another day after clicking on a battery pack for more demanding tasks.

      If the versatility of the Mods is not interesting for your usage pattern, well then you are not in the target audience for this series. And you can find cheaper devices with otherwise similar specs.

        MeMyselfandI, 06 Aug 20183000 mah battery? What a joke...Mine z2 Force work for a ~30 hours with 6 messengers, facebook and such ... It's not correct to compare only by battery, kernel and software optimization can affect a work life a lot

          I will no longer consider any phone with less than a 4000 mAh battery and favor 5000 mAh or more. No more settling for just ok batteries.

                This is not the future. Yes it's nice to have the speed of a new flagship, but with the looks and thickness of a 2012 flagship? Also, do you save money on this method? 500$ for the phone running 2017 hardware and (if you dont use their system) ~100-200$ for the mod - that's 600-700$ in total! You will get a new midranger or even a china-flaghip (honor, mi, oneplus etc.) with 5g at that time or just a tad later. I dont think customers will pay into this. It reminds me of the sega 32x/Sega Saturn misery. A new moto with 5g will be out soon after the moto mod and will not sport an antenna and ~1,5mm buildup.

                  It's called price difference. It's gonna be sold with a price tag of a 2018 flagship not a 2017 flagship.

                    the question is, why go for the new Z3 , while the Z2 Force is basically the same, for mauch less?Even the 5G mod should be compatible with the Z2 force.....

                          I have used the Z3 Play. It has a very dim display, even at full brightness. I hope this model can get much brighter then the Z3 Play.

                            Oh no the battry capacty is too low its a 5G phone which will consume battry life it should have be 7000mah

                              So this 'flagship ' phone gets a 3000 mah battery and no one says anything, but the budget Mi A2 gets one and everyone freaks out........ Geniuses

                                i still remember my moto razr and moto rokr during school days. ah beautiful memories.
