Actually not. because I am not Chinese and I use pretty m... moreDude, Chinese version of OnePlus phones ship with Hydrpogen OS instead Oxygen which is the same thing minus GMS, Xiaomi phones come without GMS in China and I'm pretty sure it's the same for all branda.

Actually not. because I am not Chinese and I use pretty much all the google apps that Chinese don't use. So, I would say Huawei is dead for most foreigners
He literally said that he ain't Chinese. IDK what did you read

There is an app drawer option under home screen in settings in default system launcher.
I'm using it on my Mi 9. MIUI ver 11.0.8.0 and system launcher version 4.15.0.1429-02041140.

The answer is there are apps, and no they cannot be completely disabled. This has been proven and shown on Techtablets excellent reviews of Xiaomi phones.
A dating add keeps popping up in Xiaomi's own cleaning and security app, which I find is hilarious

And you claim to watch youtube and stuff in 1080P, so why do you need QHD or 4K? a 1080P photo/video only have that amount of details, it doesn't get double the detail when displayed on a 4k screen.

I have been using it for last few years, currently on K20P CN ROM, there is no pop-up ads after you disable those ads, not even on the default contact, mail, calendar, file manager, weather and many others.
There are way more intrusive ads from Play store apps than from default MIUI apps.

Why would somebody get this for 1000€? I mean, for the money you can get a S20+ with Snapdragon and is much better than this. Better screen, better camera, same processor and it is not so bulky. I used a xiaomi mi 9, it is a great phone, but that was 320€, not 1000€. One can feel the quiality difference between Samsung and Xiaomi. For the same price it is worth it to buy Samsung.

Saw K30 Pro Zoom Edition review recently. I think that device provides more bang for the buck, with more consistent camera quality. Clean bezelless flat screen are a lot better & price is way cheaper. Dont need FL above 90mm, so x3 zoom is enough.
Looking forward for the international version.

Heck, I always watch a lot of smartphone camera comparison on YouTube in 1080p so having a QHD or even 4K screen resolution like selected Sony Xperia smartphones definitely helps a lot. Of course it would be no match against a proper 24" or 24" PC monitor with 100% sRGB, but at least I have something useful on-the-go.
