      Slayer of Trolls, 21 Jun 2020Not sure about you being a hard android user otherwise you'... moreI’m an android user since 2010 app drawer and wedgiest are just more load to the android phones that effect overall performance and this from my experience of using phone with app drawer/wedgiest and without it, there’s a (hit) in performance with app drawer. Know that Apple implemented, but it’s a wrong move from Apple side even though Apple will implanted better than Android still nothing fancy about those features.

Also App drawers are a choice, you can leave all your apps on screen IOS style......! The fact that you need to state you are a hard android user is an obvious give away, if you were, you would not have to say so! It's a bit like when a politician says, "to be honest with you".....he/she is about to tell you a lie!

                    The OnePlus 8 Pro should have a LCD screen to avoid those screen issues

                      In the written review you mention true-to-life colours coming from the main rear camera, and in the video review on Youtube you say that colours are pleasing but not true-to-life. Are you joking around a bit?

                              This phone is no worth, don't get it! Too much hassle and problems, I regret buying it!!! Stick with the iPhone or Samsung line they are way better phones than the 1 plus 8!!!!

                                I think the reviews should include tests for color degradation and banding. It seems the oneplus 8 pro has a 10-bit display as opposed to a 8-bit display on the s20 and iphone 11 pro. This would explain the color banding while viewing videos on samsung phones and would be interesting to see if it happens in the oneplus 8 pro display which would be a huge plus.

                                  Does this have gcam support as yet?
                                  What about the screen issues, have they been fixed?

                                    I think One Plus should launch a secret project called project Camera. Create some covert group of photo and video geniuses and lock them up for a year to come up with the best camera system. After that, it'll be over for Google and Apple

                                      No way to tell what firware the test was on but the camera comparison tool now includes OnePlus 8 Pro and its dissapointing.

                                      Thanks GSMArena, you just helped me decide to purchase a S20 or S20+
