Huawei phones are good and durable especially the network speed.

Hawaii Y7a is the most worst and waste of money phone ever. Please don't ever buy this shit mobile and pathetic Service of Hawaii Made in Chine. You can't install any useful application because Google play store didn't allow them. I through my mobile in garbage where it's come from.

Choose the P Smart because it gets more updates than the "Y" range, they probably have the same specs . You will not go wrong with 4GB of RAM and 128 of system memory( Use it for apps and games) and throw in some 512GB SD for your media consumption. I'm using a Y9 Prime 2019 and haven't got any problem with performance or lag so the P Smart will probably perform better.?.

to come w... moreThis isn't exactly low budget, low budget could be around $100, this is twice as much, and for $20 more you could have the 732G (8 nm) on the Poco X3 (No NFC) or a Helio G85 on the Remi Note 9 (12 nm) which is even cheaper that this.
