If they managed to use UFS 2.1, why didn't they choose a better SoC?

"Ads are baked into some system apps - this is usually done to lower the phone's cost. We saw ads most often in the Security and Themes app, as well as part of the embedded virus scanner which pops up every time you install an app."

That's the reason why the phone is so cheap. Even Mrwhosetheboss said the same thing before. If I got this phone, the very first thing I would do is install a custom ROM. Really not impressed with the MIUI's overall look.

Piphacker, 15 Dec 2020Look at slow charging speed ... Almost 3 hours for 0 to 100... moreWell it can last you up to 3 days so you probably won't charge it as often

Look at slow charging speed ... Almost 3 hours for 0 to 100% ... Worst thing is this & ruined its charm

It could have been perfect with stock Android and an ultrwide camera

Nice camera, tiny bit sharper than my S8+ but this can't shoot 60fps which is huge to me.
It is really affordable and nice hardware but I'd rather save to get the X3 than regret/kicking myself all the time for being too cheap and getting this.

Anonymous, 14 Dec 2020Kinda sad the M3 is not really worth it, I mean sure it is ... moremaybe you got that price in resellers, that's too much, the price should range to 100 to 120 euros.

Good phone. Good looking. Good performance. Great battery life. Great price.

Anonymous, 14 Dec 2020Kinda sad the M3 is not really worth it, I mean sure it is ... moreThe 4/128GB version can be had at 124USD and even lower during 12.12 sale and when you use discount vouchers. €200 is just too much to ask for for this device. lol. This sells like hot cakes here in SEA.

Don't buy this...as MKBHD said this is very slow and laggy. For around the same price you can get your hands on a Redmi Note 9S which has a better construction quality, better IPS 1080p screen, much better snapdragon 720G with better performance, 4k video recording, a 5000mAh battery that's more than enough. Why would you buy the M3?? The M3 should cost about 110-120 max if it wants to be competitive.

And if you have the money, put more 50 and get the Poco X3, that is really worth it. Much superior to the M3.

                              Stutter and lag is unacceptable

Realme is much better deal. Dont be folish with this battery, stereo speakers or full hd screen. Realme ui is much more fluid and their phones have 90hz screen. If someone want just xiaomi brand, what I can understand, poco x3 is 50€ more expensive but is 2 class better. I will go for Realme personally.

Kinda sad the M3 is not really worth it, I mean sure it is cheap but at €209 in my country there are other options, including even a different Poco phone...
