Dead boot is real, they should change the unit.. if this will continue.. this poco phone will be dead in the future...

Anonymous, 31 Oct 2021Very much disappointed. I did reboot and the phone is dead.Same with my phone...I only used it for one month and when I restart it, It won't turn on nor charge... I'm so disappointed with this phone. It's a waste of money. I badly needed a phone for my online class now, I'm hopeless.

Don't buy poco m3 my first phone died after update couple of months ago and now today the new replaced phone also died after update reboot now again i have to waste time for warranty claims etc etc

Review only paper specifications ....not on ground label full day using basis....use it first then do review...only negetive view all over by its users

Plz dnt buy Poco M3 it comes with company built-in fault during charging phone gets too much heat up while finger sensor stop working and heat up too

The Bluetooth connectivity is very bad. It's like the device is learning about how to run itself whenever a new is connected. It takes about the third time of using the Bluetooth with a device before it start to work well. Even by moving or shaking the handset the connection keeps breaking. Aside these and the camera the phone is awesome.

As per the comment section, Poco M3 is supposed to have a buggy software (MIUI 12) with loads of bricking and deadboots. I'm planning to buy this phone this weekend. Do these problems still persist in Sept 2021? Or have they been solved? ( My alternate phone to buy is Samsung Galaxy F12, but wanted to try Poco this time.)

You can install a custom ROM onto the phone which gets rid of the ads and bloatware among other benefits while still maintaining a very functional android os. However, this comes with a few problems. Firstly, unlocking the device boot loader - something that has to be done in order to install a custom ROM voids the warranty. Additionally, one can break the phone if he/she does not follow the proper steps in installing this new OS. Hence, this may not be an option for some. But for those interested, be prepared to do a few hours of research before trying anything. If you feeI up for it. I recommend lineagos.

Everyone, who hope to buy a poco phones because of the low price,it will be the wrongest decision you have made ever buying a mobile phone..so go for a branded phone..samsung,Huawei..etc

This seems to be the worst decision ever I have made. All problem started after 1 month of purchase.
There is a wifi signal issue. The wifi gets switched off every now and then. Worst ever experience of buying this phone. Please don't buy. I bought on July 15 2021.
